Wingo Register Guide

A clean, step-by-step workflow for creating an account and completing the first sign-in.

Step-by-step

  1. Open the Wingo app.
  2. Select Register (or Create Account).
  3. Enter required details and confirm.
  4. Complete verification (OTP / code if prompted).
  5. Set your password and finish registration.
  6. Sign in and confirm the home screen loads successfully.

Common verification issues

Issue Fast fix
OTP not received Check signal, wait for retry window, ensure SMS isn’t blocked, try switching network
Verification fails Re-enter details carefully, restart app, retry after a short pause
Login fails after register Confirm password, reset if needed, ensure date/time auto settings are enabled
